The maximum occupancy for our entire property is 28 guests. Each of the 8 units have specified occupancy numbers on their direct booking pages.

Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests. There is also additional trailer/boat parking located to the north of the road before the bridge.

Message from our management team:

"For any new reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. (Heads up, exceptions apply for last-minute bookings.)

After that, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Trip Manager to request your refund."

Our property is located about a half a mile up Charter Oak Drive in Canyon Lake, TX. We have a sign at the front entrance, so you can find us easier. 

You'll see our additional boat/trailer parking north of the road before the bridge... then you'll start seeing the Yurt-Cabins and their signage! 

The road is strictly a ONE-WAY and please acknowledge the 'no trailers beyond this point' sign past the trailer parking, for your own safety!
